Background


This Web-Site gives a survey on my curriculum vitae, papers, books, patents and on supervised research projects (projects since 1991).

I have extensive experience in consulting, preparing reviews and teaching in food science and technology, especially in preparation of multiple food emulsions and in application of new technologies for emulsification (emulsification with low energy input, e.g. „combi-orifices“ and „membrane emulsification“, see Emulsion Consulting).
